Missing Base Game

Hi,

I can't enter DLC giveaways for Saints Row 3, because it says I miss the base game. I have the game, but it is not installed.

Is that the cause?

No, i am pretty sure the site is glitched with some of the games. I remember yesterday seeing a giveaway where no one could enter.
