An user doesn't send his giveaways

1. send a support ticket
2. remove the link, your technically calling someone out

There are a lot of users here that create fake giveaways for some reason. If you suspect that's the thing, contact support and/or report the giveaway and/or click not received when a week passes. Also remove the link ASAP

Hmm... one week from the looks of things. If I recall the person has 2 weeks to give the game away?

If they haven't done even if you asked them online you should contact support, but a lot of people don't liked to be directly asked to give the game away to them. (For example: I won a game, so I ask "Hey give me my game", they would obviously ignore me).

It really depends on when you asked, how long this has been, and whether or not the person has been active.

And yeah... edit out the name of the person, you can't call people out.

You might want to edit your topic to remove that url. Then make a ticket to support as it's been suggested before.
