What should i do if i traded a region locked copy?

Give him his items back, or get him a ROW copy

edit: nvm, get him a ROW copy or something else, just talk to him and see how to solve this, but keep in mind it was your fault

If you have some cards, there are some nice people in the trades section who accept those for a ROW copy of the game. Is it the bundle that had Grid 2?

find someone else trading that game, get a copy and give it to this guy. just be sure it's the proper region for him.
or give him the same value in other games you have, if he's interested.
or give him tradable items for the same value, like tf2/csgo keys.
