longer business trip than expected

Hi there,

I created a few giveaways a few months ago before going to Congo as a business trip, with the winner being selected a few days after i was supposed to come back.... At the beginning of August. It's mid-Spetember today and I just came back home, but i wasn't able to offer the keys on time since i don't have internet connection there.

So i wanted to know what's the best thing to do now? Contact the winners one by one to give them the keys, contact the SG moderation team, or simply do the giveaway again? The last solution being the worst as winners have already been selected

Try talking to the winners. They're likely going to accept the game if they didn't get it another way in the meantime.

Just contact the winners now. They can change the feedback if you give them the game, even if it's a bit late.

If the winners now own the game they might have won, submit a request for a new winner.
