That's what I originally assumed, but the store page seems to suggest the contrary by stating:
"Notice: Besides the usual patches on GOG, the game features an optional automatic update system that requires the serial key from your account page. "

Don't Starve is 50% off on GOG atm. I'd like to get it, but I also want to have a Steam copy (for convenience, time tracking, and the Workshop).
Can anybody that's already bought the game through GOG verify whether or not you receive an optional Steam key?
