Probably! just like blacklight retribution, i liked that game at begin and it became full p2w shit where people have ultimate advantage buying shit. Since the makers are same I think same thing will happen to raiderz.

Until now, there is no In-game shop, so I dunno about the p2w factor, but it depends on a lot of the playser skill and knowledge of the Enemies moves and attack schematics, you can get up to 0 damage if you're good and evade every attack they are doing.

Don't think it will as most items in the game are based on crafting. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
