Do budle games count for Gifts Sent Value?

Today I had a GSV of $30, I made a giveaway of a humblebundle game that I didn't want worth something like $20, even after the winner receiving the prize I still have the value marked as $30, that means there's a cap of $30 for bundle games?

Not quite, but there is some maths to it.

With bundle value, you only get 20% of your non bundle value, and to get more, you must gift non bundle games. As a bonus, the first $25 of bundle games counts as non bundle value. So $25 + 20% = $30.

Gift a 99 cents DLC that wasn't bundled, get $1.19 added to your CV.
