Got a game but not dlc in a giveaway

So,
I made a ticket like 3 weeks ago, but still dont have the response, so I thought to ask here.

I just wanted to know what happens if I win a giveaway and the creator sends me key, but there is only the base game, and I was supposed to get a dlc too?
The game in question is Two Worlds II: Velvet edition.
Now, personaly, I have no problems with this (for this game), but because of the rules, I wouldnt want to get in trouble here on SG for not activating everything, because I marked the gift as received, before checking if I got DLCs too (which I havent).

What do you think? What should I do?

Wasn't that given away free at some point? Anyhow even though steam has a problem where almost none of the doc shallows as owned in sg I'd mark it as not received. Give it 7 days if giveaway creator hasn't sent the doc submit a ticket for the fact the game was not the one given.
Also two worlds 2 was given for free at one point. So there is that.

Based version (without dlc) was for free at dlh.net
From time to time there appear someone who don't get it that he can't give away games that were for free.
That same was with Grid (some people were creating grid autosport for that) and Stealth Inc 2 (as stealth Inc 1).
Just mark it as not received. You can't do anything more about this.

The GA creator is trying to pass on a game that has been given away for free as something else so he can cheat himself some CV. Simply mark the game as not received and if you want you can additionally file a user report for misleading giveaways.

thank you all for the info, I didnt know it was given away for free and I didnt want to be rude to the GA creator, because he did send the key for the base game. I will mark it as not received.
