Why i cant create a giveaway?

Hey, I wanted to know why when I create a giveaway, something like this appears:
The maximum number of giveaways based on your current feedback score has been reached. Once your current giveaways come to a close, and gifts are received, you'll be able to post additional gifts.
How do I get back what I need to create one?.
PD: I erased a giveaway because it was a mistake. Is it affecting me now?

Because you created 1 giveaway that counted as 3, and you have no recieved giveaways, so you reached the maximum... You should ask for another chance from support...

Deleted giveaways still count towards your limit of giveaways, to prevent trolls and abusers. Contact support and see if they can do anything.

How did you screw up a giveaway with 3 copies of a DLC? You had to click all those options and then click accept? Eh
