Help with CSGO items

Recently picked up a (FN) Bayonet Doppler (Phase 3). If i were to go about trading it, where's the best place to determine a value for it? i don't keep up with phases and floats etc very much and see a lot of different people asking for different values, who sets the value? i would find your knife here:http://steamcommunity.com/market/search?q=bayonet+doppler

and go by whatever value is set there as the base value.

It is important to note that the market has a cap on how much something can be listed so it may be better to sell it elsewhere albeit riskier.

That being said I don't know how much your knife is but I think the cap is $400 USD

Its not Stat Tracked, Steam market is obviously the first place i checked for a value, but what i'm meaning is who determines the value of the Phases, patterns etc? Steam just has a value for a Doppler, not by phases. Guys asking different amounts for same phase knives etc? Just making these values themselves? In the end I think prices are determined by the seller as well as the buyer and what they think its worth, I can't really tell you how prices are made otherwise as I don't know.

Phase 3 is the lowest of all of them,so you should probably go around the lowest doppler price.
It goes phase 3,1,4,2 and then ofc the saphire,ruby and black pearl.gl trading
