I did find that discussion when I googled it, but it didn't work for me. But taking a closer look after you posted it again I realised it had to do with DirectX9 and found a solution. I download and installed the DirectX Software Development Kit https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=6812 (basically it reinstalls all the DirectX9 stuff a program might need). And now I have sound! So thank you for inspiring me to find the solution ;)

I won this game on Steamgifts and really looked forward to playing it. But even though the game runs, I have no sound or music whatsoever and I was wondering if anyone else experienced this or has any idea what might be causing it?
