You'd be surprised how many people hoard free keys.

Or they just trade it away whenever they want and get cash for it.

I honestly don't think 1000 free keys should put something permanently on the bundled list.
It would be something different if they gave away 100.000 keys...

oh well in theory I can still make a nice thread/train and give these things away anyhow :)

And to add even more emphasis: Mafia 1 keys/gifts are still around for insane prices on eBay and other places. And it was removed from all stores years ago, yet there are still enough unused Steam copies in circulation. Imagine it for a game that was given away in larger quantities…

Do you know the date when that was done? Was it then removed again due to this?
