Bioshock

For me, there is hardly any game that can beat Bioshock in comparison. One of the rare games I bought book of it.

While I like both series, it has to be Bioshock, hands down. Not saying Halo is bad by any means. But hardly as original and immersive as Bioshock.

buy what you like, had done the same with games from my libary and asked what i should play, started it, played a bit and was bored.

better idea: flip a coin. if you dont like it, turn the coin over. else keep it

Both. But if you need to choose... Be ready that two first Bioshock games will crash a lot (so called remastered editions). But if you have a friend to play coop, than choose MCC first without a doubt.

Bioshock

I would not compare them, but rather decide to play them both. I'm currently finished with Halo Reach, Halo 1 & 2. I will get to 3rd as soon as I can. I've not played any of the Bioshock games.

While I don't like how Bioshock controls, it's one of the best realized and immersive worlds I have ever experienced in gaming. If you like shooters, play both if you can. Both are an important part of gaming history. If you're looking for an experience, Bioshock would be my pick.

I've played both Bioshock and Bioshock Remastered to completion (100% Achievements for the Remaster). One of my favourite games of all time. The atmosphere is very immersive.

BioShock: Chief Collection

Trust me, Bioshock has the best world-building I've ever played. Ive only played Bioshock 1 and thought it was amazing. If you get it, you need to play on Hard mode, or else the game will be too easy.
