Maybe one of the games you sent got a price reduction, or maybe someone marked "Not received" after getting a duplicate... (Not saying it was you, maybe you bought the key from kinguin or something)

As mentioned by others, a game you gave away received a permanent price cut.

The price changed. Maybe not the best system but I can see why they would do it this way.

another possibility is that games you gave away became bundled games and your cv value has been recalculated

That is true, but if the giveaway ends AFTER the game is counted as a bundled game, then your CV is adjusted retroactively. In other words, SG notices that a bundle was out, so adds the game to the bundled list, then adjust the CV for those whose giveaways ended after that date.

I thought if it begins before the bundling, then it still counts for the full value. :/

But the cv is calculated after the winner received the gift, right? Not while the giveaway is still active, or am I mistaken?

Yesterday = $62+
Today = $59.95
My last giveaway was a week ago, and since then my "Value" was above $60. Why fell?
ps: if I wrote something wrong, I appreciate corrections :)
