For myself when making public giveaways I barely care about those 100 win 1 sent so far especially when making level 0's. If they want to leech then it's not a big problem, they just won't get better games (i.e. unbundled) with higher level requirements/private groups.
I still make public GA's as that is the primary source of my won CV and I have got some unbundled games through public giveaways. That being said, I differentiate games I send by setting different level requirements. Lv 0's will generally only be bundled, cheap, and/or don't have very good reception and I really don't care much about that game myself (kind of like just some spare key from the bundle, so why not create a SG to increase the max number of giveaways I can create). Nice games, if making public GA's, are generally with high level requirement so there won't be that 0/1 sent thing.
What really bothers me however, is that there are lots of people who don't activate their wins, win the same game multiple times, and if combined it may also involve regifting. I mean for sure it's not pleasant to do no contribution, but there is no rule to explicitly ban this; they are actually already "punished" by that mass entries and the fact they won't be likely to get good games. Those who have multiple/non-activated wins, on the other hand, are in violation of the rules and should be treated accordingly; but one thing to notice is that such violation exists between a variety of levels, which means someone can have a very cool sent/won ratio and be a regifter. I now enforce rule checks in almost every single of my winners and if I see some problem I'd have to wait for support to re-roll, which means delay in sending the gift. So, nice sgtools giveaway I guess.

Yes it bothers me as well, that's why this sgtool is a nice way to filter out people who don't respect rules and we can award those who do =). I just wish this was integrated into SG so we could set custom requirements for public GAs as well because creating a discussion just to give a sgtool link to people seems to be a bit redundant.

I would be happy to see sgtools be integrated in SG as well. Current sgtools can't go through multi-winner non-public giveaways to check the mark-as-received signs. Due to the fact cg does not give an API for SteamGifts, sgtools has its own limitations such as the non-public GA ones, as well as having to check every single win and compare that with the winner's game library, which costs a lot of time if they have many wins. cg might have chosen not to give an API for some security reasons, though.

Never read manga :( just watched the anime and I didn't even finish it (sadly). I caught up to the newest episodes but then I was too lazy to wait 1 week for the new one, so I stopped and decided to watch it when the story ends. Now that it ended I want to get back to it but have limited time nowadays.

I don't focus too much on ratios but I get disappointed quite a bit in my winners too when it's extremely out of balance. :/ I don't like limiting GAs to higher levels than my own, but unfortunately I've found that terrible ratios still happen with people at lvl 3 and 4.
Anyway thanks for the wishlisted GA!

I didn't need to read to just click the link :)
I was hoping for some secrets ;)

Yes I understand that. But I would feel much better if my gift would be won by a humble person who would actually play the game than a leecher-bot who won over 1000 games and most likely never played a single one of them.
Would be nice if people who can't afford to make giveways had other ways how to level up. But I guess it would be hard to make it fair for everyone.

True words, there are users, especially kids that want to promote theirs youtube channels etc. on Steamgifts and and at the end not gifting anything, thats sad cause their are ruining the whole idea and the rules of being a member of Steamgifts community. Personally gifting away makes me more happing then reedeming a game on my account.

I feel your pain. Without sgtools you can never be 100% sure; so it's nice to have it. :)

As someone who's never won anything, I've also been disappointed in some of my winners even though I restrict to level 3 and higher. I have quite a few keys to giveaway myself, but I can't think of a way to do it where I'll be sure someone who will use it and enjoy it can get it, rather than a high level leecher who will regift. If anyone has a suggestion, I'm all ears.
Thanks for the share, BTW. Bump.

Giving away 1 copy of Monochroma via sgtools to those who read discussions =). Rules are not very strict I hope: lvl2+, 20 real CV, ratio sent/won 1.25.
Used to make public GAs but was quite disappointed by people who won them (like 100 games won and 0 sent ... that's sad) .. ofc there were exceptions.
Please try to be here when GA ends so I can add you and send the gift =).
