I have a key for east india company gold, but it does not appear in create new giveaway, what should I do?

It was given away for free, so giveaways are not allowed for it.

Games that are no longer in the steam store to purchase also make good trade bait. You might want to consider looking to trade it on steamtrades.com part of this site.

Not in this case,. that thing cost 55 cents https://www.g2a.com/east-india-company-gold-steam-cd-key-global.html even here because it was given for free.
