Missing Base Game?

So, I won Alan Wake Collector's Edition yesterday and activated it, and now when I try to join Alan Wake Collector's Edition Extras giveaways it says: Missing Base Game, even though I have it.

Any ideas?

P.S: Thanks for all of you who create giveaways.

You would need to Sync, and you have that with the Collector's Edition anyway, so don't bother.

If you have won the collector's edition, you already have the collector's edition extra :p
