Can't create a Giveaway

Well I want to start to make a "Enclave" Giveaway but I can't find it in the list, I know it have to be there... I saw others giving the Game away.

Am I the only one who cant find Enclave in the Giveaway-list?!

Well, it was free, which is the problem.

If you'd like you could still make a forum topic and keydrop it, but you won't get any CV for it, not that that's incredibly important.
