my steam dowlaod average speed is 8KB/S,anyone know to increase it?

Turn off caps-lock. Since capital letters are bigger, they take longer to download, hence lowering your download speed.

I wish everyone else was so thoughtful, this is the first thread title I've been able to read all day! :)

Seriously though, it's pretty much just attention seeking. There's no need for an all-caps title unless it's supposed to be read as a shout or consists purely of acronyms or other things that are meant to be caps anyway.

Well. It is not Steams fault. It is yours. Not to say that you are doing anything wrong, I'm just saying that you need to accept that you will have slow speeds until you get better internet. I had less than half a MB of download speed until I got better internet.

8 kb/s is very slow. Were do you live and which connection do you actually have?

From time to time something in steam decrased my connection also. (from 9mb/s to 260kb/s) I restarted steam and my connection - everything works fine again!
