Space Empires V gala 8 key

Hi, I won Space Empires V in the steam summer sale last year, hoping that since given a key in the new gala 8 I could put this up here.

As I can't seem to redeem it as a gift key, do I just state in the description that the key will be emailed to the winner after the giveaway ends?

Also, is there some time-based rule for bundle keys.. like, need to wait until the bundle is no longer for sale?

Nah, you don't have to wait until it ends or anything.

And I suggest group/private/contributor for your giveaway.

Or even a forum giveaway, us active people enjoy that.
