If you have the gull to complain about this site's unpaid support, why dont you contribute your time, or hire a professional support staff for the site. We have over 600k registered users, so probably 200k active users and only what, 10 support staff? Shit is slow and backed up.

Support are a joke here. Mods are quick to close threads, giveaways and even ban you, but if you need help, don't bother - you can't get any ..

To be fair, if there weren't that many people breaking the rules they might actually have more time to answer support tickets. (And if people didn't make all kind of dumb tickets, the real one wouldn't get lost in the pileup)

I'd imagine that the latter fills the Inboxes more than the former. I bet every new user that incorrectly makes a giveaway thinking they'll get the game spawns a wave of support tickets, even though the giveaway ends well before anyone from Support would have a chance to reply. Plus, all of those incorrect giveaways also end up creating a lot of calling out, which then means Support has to start suspending people for breaking the rules (often while the people complain about users not reading the rules and creating the giveaways).

Plus the crap they put up with is insane sometimes. I remember a user quite a while ago who still damned them despite knowing they were volunteers flooded with tickets and such. Claimed that if they volunteered to do a service, that somehow forcibly bound them to treat it like a paid job and be on 24/7, thus "entitling" the userbase to prompt responses to hundreds/thousands(?) of tickets.
