Made a new giveaway group and got some questions about how to work it :)

So I made a new giveaway group today, already done a few giveaways and got two giveaways up right now.

I am hoping to turn this group into a group where people can ask/answer eachother about questions, host giveaways and all around make a group for all kinds of gaming orientated things.

My question is how do I make my group stick out from all the other groups trying to do the same thing? Also how do I get people to join my group without spamming it everywhere as that is something I do not want to do? :)

When it comes to moderators for the group, how do I pick them out in a fair way?

I am working on a logo right now so that is coming soon.
