Delete won games on Steam?

If you remove a game from your account, steamgifts cannot see that you own the game. That will look like you are winning games to regift, trade, or sell to other people which isn't allowed. The games need to remain on your account so steamgifts can see that you are winning games for yourself and not just profiting off other people.
