Marking the giveaway as "Not Received" in order to pass the SGTools check is a violation of the site rules. Report the user. The proper way to fix the multiple wins issue is to return one of the copies to the giveaway creator and ask for a reroll.

I had a GA a while back, where the winner won the same game from myself and another person back to back (they hadn't activated/received the first so I didn't know they'd won). They set both to received. Since then, their account failed the SGTools multiple wins check. They've waited a month, and now marked mine as not received.
I figured that wouldn't do them any good, but checking SGTools now, his account passes the same check. I'm assuming that's why he changed it. The game is still listed in his won list back to back. What good does the check do if it can be circumvented so easily?
Could having a GA marked as not received cause problems for me entering? Should I ask admins to delete GA? Would that have any other adverse effect?
