Is there a way to know which games from humblechoice are region locked?

Hi,
some days ago I saw a thread with a list of humblechoice games and its description about region (if games are region locked or row), but I forgot to save this thread.
I want to make some giveaways but I need to know which of my games are elegible (row).
If someone know the thread Im talking about, could please provide a link to it?
