It is an estimate of how many wins you should currently have... -_-

Seriously?

Just an average the site calculates based on the odds of the completed giveaways you've entered put together

How many games you should have won statistically considering how many giveaways you've entered and how many entries they had.

I wonder if it's there any FAQ's of the website...

You enter a giveaway with where you are the only entry you get an estimated wins of 1. You then enter a giveaway with 2 entries your estimated wins become 1.5. Simple enough.
