Problem with won game

I just won Onikira - Demon Killer and it was send as gift on my mail. When I tried to add it to my library it said "that imposible to add it to library because its imposible in your country(Nie można tego dodać do twojej biblioteki, ponieważ jest niemożliwe w twoim kraju.) Insted of adding to library it go to my inventory.

Is that mean its region restricted?

You can only share this one with anyone else - or try to exchange with someone who live inside this region for a global key.

DO NOT DO THIS! You will get suspended. Contact the giveaway creator and return the gift, then wait a week to mark it as not received, if he can't provide a region free copy of the game.

In this situation I would contact the GA creator. Give him back the game and ask support to delete the GA.

Contact the GA creator and return it to him and dont gift it away else u can be suspended for not activating a game!
Didnt the GA creator mention it was region locked??Thats not right he/she should have done it

Might not have realized for any number of reasons, but if he knew and didn't mention it, then he's at fault.

If OP didn't read the description, then they are obviously the one at fault.

EDIT: Can't reply because the topic is closed (annoying), so I'm putting it right here, talgaby. I was referring to the description on the steamgifts page. Not on the gift, itself.
