So, are people allowed to make Metro 2033 giveaways now? I dont see it in the giveaway list, but I see 3 giveaways with it.

Yep, we still aren't able to create giveaways for Metro 2033, but all the giveaways that were created before it was disabled are still valid and open (except those that have been deleted, of course).
