After trying Guild Wars 2 beta, I realized that I won't play WoW or D3 again after the release of GW2, so I'm trying to sell my account for a good price, so here I have a question for you all...

Do you know where I can sell my account without being scamed? It's there any forum to sell Battle.net accounts (Or other type of account) or something like that? I was thinking about Steamtrades, but, you know... It's only for STEAM, and for TRADES. xD

Thanks to all.

Im pretty sure you wont get any answers here, beside what you are suggesting breaks all kinds of EULA's, so I suggest just closing this thread asap

Good luck selling your diablo account. The game itself is crap and the ah is tanking because all the casual players left and everyone is trying to sell their shit

Take that whole EULA thing with a grain of salt. Yes, you more than likely clicked the "agree" button on that document at some point, and yes, if Blizz finds out, they'll just close the account for forevers. However, outside of that there's nothing they can do. EULAs that come prepackaged like that have been defeated time and time again in court (ESPECIALLY EULAs that have changed after the game was originally released, or were not readily viewable before you bought the software), and the publishers know it, so they really won't even waste their time trying to do anything else to you. If you were planning on never playing again anyway, you've really got nothing to lose.

TL;DR: Don't let the EULA boogeyman scare you into not doing something you want to do.

If they try posting their account on eBay, they might find the EULA scary.

If they decide just to try and sell it on Craigslist, they might be alright, but you have to think about a few factors:
A. Whoever buys it, has to take this guys username / battle.net account which kind of sucks
B. For your WoW account to be worth even a little bit, you need several maxed out characters with high level armor.
C. Take into consideration that people can buy D3 for 60$ (50$ if they find it on sale like it was on Amazon)

With these and more powers combined, most people will just buy their own game. MY humble advice is to disregard trying to sell and just buy Guild Wars 2. It's only 60$..

I mean, post-summer sale, I don't have 60$ to toss around, but a little smart spending for a few weeks and you can get it :P It's all about priorities. Do you want to eat, or do you want to play GW2?

Unrelated: One random day in a mall, I found a neatly folded 50$ bill on the ground. MAGIC.

Good point. Ebay is very EULA friendly (they use them themselves), so if you post on Ebay, prepare to lose the account. ou'd do far better pawning it off on a reseller or doing a local listing like that. Local colleges and craigslist come to mind.

Ideally it will be someone you know in RL but you will probably get less than eBay or some other random site.

On the bright side you will very likely get the money since you know them.

Craigslist. I sold 4 accounts on it. Very easy and painless.
