Well TBH, you should thank Valve for making the Trade function legal to do, so now you can trade someone else to get all those games that you can't buy in your region :).

I was stoked that they introduced the trading (even though I live in USA and so don't have the region problem).

In russia very very popular pirate dvds and torrents, games in steam not sale good. I think this is motive to sale games so cheap. Also, I'm from Russia, lol.

Well, in Slovakia, you get 1$=1€ even when piracy is pretty high(probably not that high like in Russia but still). And if you think about it - Black Ops costs 60€ and your monthly income is around 500€. You must pay living, food etc. And must overpay games. Plus, they block some GFWL games (like Super Street Fighter 4, which I really want), in case you have money and want buy them.

Not 3 times, usually about 2 times cheaper
Try to find some american friends, who will exchange some games with you. Or you can pay directly to them via PayPal

59,00 USD = 99,00 BRL ... when it's PC games sold over digital distribution systems.
On phisical PC games and console games, we pay 159,00 BRL, which is like 85,10 USD ._.

Australia is almost 1.5x-3x as expensive as USA and 20% of games are blocked here... So I'd still say your better off -.-

Is it possible to trade games through regions?

Fallou NV Retail (in Russia) has steam too. BUT you can't buy dlc! You should wait until 1C releases goty/gold/any other name of edition with all dlc.
