Not sure about recieving gifts?

So i recently won 2 gifts. One of them gave me a key, but the other one didnt. (here's a picture https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4w-Yq5tdWUGYWY5clpLSWMwdkk/view?usp=sharing ) Not sure how this system works (I'm new here), but my first giveaway came with the key, but the second one didnt. I read in the FAQ that the submitter had 7 days to send the gift, does that mean that eventually the code will pop up like the old one, or do they need to contact me some way?

They will contact you another way, for example email, possible add you to send you an inventory item.

SteamGifts only supports Steam keys. For Steam gifts or links to games from bundles, the creator may email you or add you on Steam.

You should also check your Won page every time you come to the site as the keys there are not appearing automatically. The GA creator need to click on the "Send Key" button once more after they noticed their GA ended, so the key can show up any time on your page.
