Hellsing voices bad? lol you are clearly not from the UK, those are called English accents and they are done very well to fit the characters imo, but I respect that you are not down with them, to each their own! Now Full metal alchemist on the other hand while a great Anime, (FMA Brotherhood is the one I recommend) has atrocious voice acting but you should watch it with subtitles anyway, imo very few anime are done justice with English speaking voice acting (although I did really like deathnotes actors) I also recently enjoyed fate zero but didn't think it was great and would recommend Full metal alchemist (either brotherhood or the original) over it.

How about comedy ?

for serious action try, Psycho Pass, Zentetsu no Terror

FullMetal Alchemist OR FullMetal Alchemist Brotherhood! They are fantastic. So is Soul Eater. Also try Gurren Lagann if you're into extreme Badassitude, lots of chewing the scenery and Giant Robots. There's also Accel World (If you like SAO, you'll like this one. Made by the same guy), and there's also Code Geass, which is Deathnote + Robots.

Claymore was awesome. And yes Highschool of the Dead is pervy and the plot is all about boobs, but just like me you watched it because youre a perv.
ive been watching GunXSword, it's like a space/western with robots, it kinda reminds me of Cowboy bebop, obviously not as good, but its nice and as some action.
Also Baccano, Monster, black lagoon are really good

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is not pervy at all, although it is kinda gory.

Most Gundam series are actually pretty good and not pervy, but you might feel them kinda slow (Avoid SEED, though.)

Cowboy Bebop is usually considered a masterpiece. Give it a try.
