I played and completed: Dishonored (24) , Tales from Borderlands (11), Tomb Raider (19). All 3 are awesome, I highly recommend them. If how much time u might get out of them by finishing the single player campaign once is important to you, then the number after each game is how many hours I spend to finish that game, then again I am a slower type of player, I like to explore and find documents and such. Also depends what u are in the mood for right now, since those 3 games are quite different from one another.

I've played all of those, except for Reigns. Tales from the Borderlands is great. I liked it less than The Walking Dead, but objectively, I would say it's a better told story.

It could be nice time to crab Undertale if you really want to play the game (I don't have it myself nor have I played it BUT it is quite highly rated and praised by many people). XCOM: Enemy Unknown is really great strategy game BUT you only get the base game with 5€ (you need 0,99€ more to get the complete version, which I would suggest... but it is over the budget). If you like rhythm based games, Crypt of the Necrodancer is a must buy for only 3,74€! For last game I would suggest Fallout: New Vegas for 3,24€, you won't get any of the story DLCs with it BUT there is a lot to do in the base game too.

Could be that the game's reputation and popularity has just exploded and everyone just needs to praise it. I honestly have no idea :) Yeah, I have heard a bit of the soundtrack it seems to be quite nice.

no, didn't play those. and it really doesn't matter. Undertale is not suddenly a bad game, just because there are other similar games, that you think are better. also, the ingenious part of Undertale is not really the basic story itself, but how it plays the player and how it evokes emotions.

The Mother games are fantastic, but Undertale was really good in it's own right. I liked LISA a little more than Undertale, though.

Good co-op game but way too much DLC(There are DLC cracks though I am pretty sure they are not legal). I have gone back to it many times and it has had it's ups and downs. Though from the last period of time I played it they had good balancing to the weapons , skills and difficulties. I never played it with randoms because that does not sound fun to me. I only played solo or with friends.

Since you don't own any of them
The Witcher: Enhanced Edition Director's Cut 1,19€
The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Enhanced Edition 2,99€

That should keep you busy for a few hours imo, if you don't like em at least you get a bump here :)

I would likely buy a bunch of 50 cent games, because I might as well have more games I will never play instead of fewer games I will never play. :)
