Oniken Giveaway winner! But link is not working?

So I just won the Oniken giveaway and when I try to dl the standalone version it only downloads an empty 0 byte winrar file. Anyone else having this problem? Any fix?

Ya having the same problem, it says the file is either damaged or in the wrong format?
