Information about games sold or not in a specific country

Hello, would anyone know if Steamdb has any tools that show a list of games that have been updated and started to be sold in a specific country where it was not marketed before?

For example, Vector and Steel Rivals were not sold on Steam Argentina (There was no buy button on the game page). However, both are available for purchase now.
This change was made in the last 15 days, according to https://steamdb.info

If there is no way, would I have access to a list of games that are not sold in a specific country?
