A hidden button in the FAQs

I wonder if the SG operators can add a button hidden in the wall of text in the FAQs saying "I have read the FAQs" before they're allowed to 'properly' enter giveaways. Alternatively, if you didn't press the button, you'll be limited a small portion of the giveaways until you identify the button, which removes this cap.
Or something that forces them to acknowledge the rules and regulation before asking 'how d0 I levl??????' Or 'how Do I get p?'
I dunno, I may be selfish and be unfair to some newer users.
Sorry guys I don't know what I've become...

Whilst I acknowledge the effectiveness of terms and cond. if users don't know about the button they will be severally limited, whilst not knowing they are being limited. Unless some fruit leaks it into the forums...

People could still tell the new users they should click the button hidden in the FAQ, it doesn't mean they're actually going to read it. I think the suggestion below would be more effective.

The only version of this I have seen ever work on a site, was followed by a quiz after the faq.
