You can buy it here in Ru store for just 0.3$ (I bought it with webmoney. my credit card was not accepted)

Yeah, they did(except for tropico itself. It will appear when it comes out). I'm downloading port royale 3 right now :p

Also, it worked for 2 my friends :)

It seems that it's still work, I've tried (to get Anno for $0,3 as I already have T5 and PR on Steam...), but too lazy to finish the transaction, Ubi will probably cancel the order anyway, the mistake it too big this time.

They didn't cancel Assassin Creed 4 for 50 rubs (around $1).

AC4 is a Ubi game, they don't win anything for selling at $1, but they don't loose at all. T5 is from an other publisher, it can be difficult for them to explain why they've allowed X persons to buy this games for $0,3 instead of ~$20 ^^

True. We'll see if they will just take costs on themselves (like Steam does) or if they'll revoke all purchases after weekend (like GamersGate did with Borderlands 2 and Bethesda fiascoes).
