Steam itself only reports the top price value on a page, and that top price value is always* the lowest-priced app or package on that page. (You'll notice this if you check your wishlist or steam search for an affected game.) Thus, SG (which uses dynamic syncing to Steam's prices) will report those inaccurate prices the same as Steam does, when they occur. Expect CV and entry fees to fluctuate regularly for certain games, especially those published by Daedalic.
*It's been a bit since I brought the topic to mind, so I don't recall if it's based on checking any app/package on the page, or specifically off packages which include the app primarily associated with the page; so if you find a page that for some reason includes packages which don't include the base game associated with that page, this may potentially not occur.
tl;dr version: One of the Daedalic multi-game packs is on sale for cheaper than the Deponia game in question, so Deponia is now reporting a retail price equal to that pack.

The only thing costing 50 there would be the Daedalic Adventure Bundle, are you saying it's using the bundle price as the game's price? I mean for Fallout it doesn't use the Deluxe Edition price as entry point value. I'm a bit confused in general how this price reporting works works.
EDIT
Armageddon, not Adventure, durrr.

I'm not sure what the "Deluxe Edition" is, my Fallout 4 Steam page isn't listing anything by that name. Likewise, the GOTY has never gone below the price of the base game's retail price, thus far. Past that, DLCs wouldn't count for it, no, just packages and apps on the page. As I edited in above, I can't recall right now if it checks anything specific to the page's associated app, or if it checks any app/package on the page. You may be able to find an answer to that using the links provided below.
But yes, the Daedalic bundles regularly go on sale while the base games do not, leading to regular instances of the price variation you've noted. In short, if the bundle/package's sale price drops below the lowest retail value on the page, that bundle/package is considered to be the cheapest way of purchasing the game the page is promoting- thus, Steam only reports that sale price (and by way of that, the associated retail price, which SG uses to determine P value).

I was a bit hesitant to make a topic figuring it'd crop up eventually but I guess nobody else noticed OR my mind is playing tricks on me XD
I have Deponia in my wishlist, and it's a game that does pop up now and then, and at a store price of 10 euros/dollars it obviously had a 10P entry fee here on SG. But since about yesterday or the day before I noticed it said 50P instead. I checked Steam just to make sure although it did seem unlikely to begin with that this game would have a quintuple price hike. Main reason I noticed in the first place was having my cute ESGST button show green for Fallout 4 but red for Deponia, which seemed off since I'm used to it being the other way. That's when I looked at the points.
Is there something extremely obvious I'm missing here? Or should I just have been reporting it as some sort of bug in the first place?
Or maybe I'm just going crazy on sleep deprivation now :'D
