DayZ noob

Hello people.
Yesterday i buyed the Arma 2 pack , because of DayZ.
Heard a lot of people talking about this DayZ mod ... So i wanted to try it . Ok , i installed it , and now i don't know how to connect to a server. It keeps saying me "Bad version...." or simply Black Screen on some of them.

I searched on Google , nothing came up. So if someone can help me on how can i join a good server , i will be grafeull .

Sorry for my bad english.
Please don't troll. I'm noob on Arma , 1st time playing it , 1st time trying it so don't be rude.

after you download it update from the programme and enter server from it
