Join steamgift problem

One of my friend (http://steamcommunity.com/id/fakee11/) tried to join steamgift, but since months the count is locked to 34.97$

He asked me to post it here, not more

here is the message:
"Steam Verification
Account could not be verified with 87 games, valued at $34.97. Required value, $100.00. Please wait another 10 minutes before trying again."

only counts unbundled games

Games that were in bundles or at very high discounts (or free) do not count. Your friend has to buy some games that are not on the bundled list.

he needs unbundled games, those count towards the required $100
