Giantbomb.com is my favorite gaming site, and the Bombcast is my favorite gaming podcast. There is also a lot of great video content on the site (Quick Looks, Endurance Runs).

I really loved the Jump Kick Punch! podcast, but after announcing they only had time left for one show a month they just stopped making them completely since september. ;_;
