For contributor giveaways, I have a suggestion to make them work a little better and stop people from breaking the rules to get join them. Yes I know, report the giveaway breaking the rules and it'll be removed but they still slip by.

Option 1: SteamGift stores a database of "Bundled/Exploitable" games which is updated with games that appeared in bundles, or exploitable.

Option 2: Allow users to create and maintain their own lists of games they don't want counted into the total for their giveaways.

When someone creates a contributor giveaway, give them a checkbox that allows them to exclude giveaways that were created for these games. IE: User has $200 in giveaways, but $75 of that are from games that were in indie bundles. Therefore if they try to enter the giveaway that requires to have contributed $150 in games (and this option selected), they won't be able to.

Yes, there would be valid giveaways of games that were done before they appeared in bundles, perhaps also add a date field in the list that will ignore giveaways for that game after that date.

Don't worry, they are already excluded automatically I believe. (The exploited/bundles)

Nope, just had a giveaway end and one of the winners had all single indie bundle games for his giveaways. Already submitted support ticket to re-roll that winner's spot.

I can understand the exploited ones, yes, but blocking out bundles makes little sense to me, as the bundles tend to be valued on SteamGifts based on the average price paid for said bundle.

I don't mean exclude the full bundles, I mean if the giveaway is for one game, and it was in an indie bundle (IE that ironclad one or whatever it called, although it was changed to $1 to stop this)

(and no i didnt ninja anything, already had it :P)

There would also be valid giveaways of games done AFTER the bundles appear.

Don't get me wrong, this is a good idea. But it has some flaws. Maybe those giveaways are a mere 5% of all giveaways of X game. But still, that 5% gets screwed.
Only way to go at this would be requesting proof of it being a gift instead of a key.
