The longest I have to wait is around 3 days. Oh, and you can bump your ticket once every 48 hours (as told by a Support member) if you want.

I actually did not know about bumping the ticket. Thanks for letting me know. I wouldn't be surprised if it got lost in the shuffle with all the re-gifters this past week.

It doesn't matter that you have to deliver within 7 days, because your ticket overrides that issue. The user might mark as Not Received but once the re-roll happens, that history is deleted as a new winner is selected. In the unlikely scenario that a mod is going to manually investigate you, your ticket will be found and the situation cleared up anyway. So you have nothing to worry about.

The suspension was already served and his latest infraction didn't occur during the last month, so his entry is still valid.
We can reroll this giveaway only if he reject the gift.
Anyway you should always submit a ticket in cases like this one.

yeah, I got something like this in a previous re-roll request which is why I asked for a re-roll this time. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask for the re-roll in case the suspension has not been served yet.

Five days ago I asked for a re-roll on two of my GAs and while one was granted right away, the other I have not received any response yet. I'm just a little worried because I know I have to deliver within 7 days. They have a multiple win from August and it looks like they activated one on their account and re-gifted the other. While I know it's more than a month, I did ask for a re-roll in case they hadn't been caught and punished for it yet. I understand this past week support must have been bogged down extra due to all the Apollo4X re-gifters but I hope I get a response one way or the other soon.
Has anyone else had to wait more than 7 days for a re-roll before?
