No one usually bothers to check but that doesn't surprise me.

I had that feeling several times with Groupees. They ALWAYS failed me. I'm not throwing my money at crap anymore.

I feel like it has actually been getting worse if that's even possible, whereas conversely, Bundle Stars has gotten better imo.

Bundle Stars was always good, they just had a really expensive period.
Groupees is a hit and miss. It never really was among the high-tier players, but people still like to buy their bundles because they occasionally hit the jackpot by bundling such relatively high-hitting games (for unmarketed indies) like the Hive, In Verbis Virtus, or some others that don't even ever go into a bundle after release. Those games after a while even sold for more on the trades sections than the entire bundle they were in.

As far as a value for something goes, it's one thing to ask for something and another entirely to actually get it. Someone tried to sell a bag of air from Kobe's final game on eBay. I kid you not. How do you think that went?

Hmm, Warriors of Vilvatikta (damn that's hard to spell :D ) looks interesting, might actually preorder this one. Hopefully it won't be the only decent game in the bundle!

Just asking here rather than making a new thread, does anyone know if Groupees ever make more expensive bundles (at least $10ish compared to their usual max of $3)? I realized a few weeks ago that I have a $15 coin and I just wanna know if I should hold on to it or just trade it on their site, since I know I can't split it for more bundles.

Yes. They do lots of comic ones or even books
The most expensive ones? You are looking at anime bundles. In particular, MangaGamer bundles with mature-age VNs (nudity, eroticism, etc)

There was something around 5 bucks I think, and many blew their coin there. But on average they usually stay in the 3-3.50 territory.
They do comic ones sometimes though. Tons of digital comics for around 10 bucks.

Yes, sometimes they do expensive bundles, but rarley. Most of the times they are non-Steam VNs or comics, but lately they had one for some Star Wars (or was it Trek?) thing and another one for some war game that I can't remember the title of.
I own the same coin and am waiting for a good deal to buy something too. Let's hope they'll come around with something worthwhile eventually.

Hmm, I guess I'm going to let it up for trade just in case I get offered something acceptable, I'm probably in the minority but I prefer my games on Steam because of organizing + achievements + badges. Maybe they'll have something out of the norm for their bundles again if they did in the past then ^^

I like two of the three Greenlight games, and I can give QP Shooting - Dangerous!! as a nice giveaway (already have it) as I always love OJ games. =3 Already have Zeus too, unfortunately, and that's the only other one I'd have wanted. Still, don't feel it was a waste of money due to OJ support and two games that I'll want in the future~
