About Xmas Coupons on Steam

Hey guys, I have a question. Has somebody bought any game using a coupon?

Today is in Steam the game The Elder Scrolls V Skyrim with 33% discount. If I have a 33% Bethesda coupon, the final price is 49,99 - 66% discount?

Well, you can check it by applying the coupon at checkout, it will show the final price. I reckon discounts don't work like that, though.. It's more like 33% (from the coupon) off the 33,49 it is at with the current discount.

Yup, I had a 50% Oblivion coupon, it was 9.99€ - went to 4,99€.

If you have the 33% off coupon the final price will be $26.76 because its 33% off the already discounted price of $39.99
