i use a Razer Dearthadder, has enough buttons for me, i dont play MMOs, build quality seems solid enough, so 10/10 would gently crest it with my hand again

I'm currently using the Roccat Lua. It's a small wired mouse that has a small button that can be configured to either change the sensitivity or some other small features. There aren't any hotkeys for macros or anything, but it's cheap and a step up from my previous mouse. You can get it on Amazon for about $30

go out to a computer store, try out some mice and decide which one you like best. You can get yourself the most flashy mouse with as many buttons as you'd like, but if it doesn't fit your hand, you're screwed.

I really like it. It's my first non-basic mouse and the 2 extra buttons are pretty cool. Yeah, it's a chinese brand, but who cares? Razer and the other popular brands are overrated and overpriced, there is no way I'm wasting $60+ in a mouse :p

I don't really play multiplayer too much but I do want to get a new gaming mouse. Perhaps one that is unnecessarily flashy. Something that looks cool would be nice please. I'm just tired of having some basic mouse, I need a super mouse!
