Can't enter Payday giveaways?

It says the game already exists on my account, which it doesn't.

I checked my library and inventory, and I never bought it or had it gifted to me. I never even won it on here (I haven't won anything yet).

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

yeah... know issue, is caused everytime we have a free weekend on steam. usually it fixes in a week...
