[Suggestion] Notification for deleted giveaway entries and/or refunded points

while I see the reasoning, this would result into tens of thousands of notifications going out every day, many of them from public GA's which get deleted before they end/because of <reason here>, when those get fixed its usually a public GA again so it will be an annoying notification for many.

I don't think that cg will invest time to programming it, so it is more or less wasted time to think about if it is a good idea or not.

On a similar note it would also be nice to have one for deleted comment/reply messages saying something like "This comment was deleted".
I remember getting confused by a message notification when there wasn't a new message showing up. I checked everywhere I had recently commented for possible replies, but I couldn't find any "deleted comments".

It doesn't have to be a notification per se, even just being able to filter our entered GAs by deleted or something so we can look it up at our leisure so we know what GA went poof.

Sounds reasonable.
BTW, you can already check for deleted giveaways on https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/entered/search?sort=all, but that's far from being convenient.
