Why not make the rule: "Don't call people out without some sort of evidence."?

Lynching? Well, that would sort of make sense if the community had any type of power here that could be equated to lynching. Like, downvotes or leaving negative feedback on his profile or something.

Well, you have yet to see what this community is capable of. Trust me. When it comes to lynching, some people in this community take the cake. This is why we dislike the whole calling out people in the forums.
