No, that's not right. It's only minus one entry for every additional copy of the game. It's essentially doing 100 giveaways at the same time, but making sure no one wins twice. Using your example, your chance of winning
1st copy: 1 in 100,000
2nd copy: 1 in 99,999
3rd copy: 1 in 99,998
4th copy: 1 in 99,997
and so on until...
100th copy: 1 in 99,900

Do some more giveaways to raise your level if you can and you will be able to enter giveaways that have higher level requirements and fewer entries, thereby increasing your chances of winning. Also, you can enter groups on steam that do giveaways and browse forums for invite-only giveaways. At level 1, I imagine, most people's odds are low. It's just the way this site works and I am ok with that. You give more to win more ;-)

It just means that you enter giveaways with a high amount of entries, probably only public giveaways, and the chances of winning such a giveaway are very, very slim.

There are some graphs under that part, it shows you how everything adds up, each month I believe it is the percentage to win resets to 1% if you win a game it goes lower, however if you give a game away this percentage to win one becomes higher, therefore if you're what is known as a 'leach' (which isn't necessarily a bad thing. people just bitch about it because they love seeing other peoples thank you's fill their comment section) you will only be winning 1 or 2 games every month I believe.

Giving away games doesn't give better odds in giveaways, all entries have an equal chance of winning. You simply get access to level restricted giveaways, which have less potential entrants.
Winning a game doesn't decrease your odds in future giveaways either.

Being here for only two months isn't really an excuse for not reading and obeying the basic site rules. Just because you try to spin it around in an attempted self-victimising way won't change that either. There is a saying in one form or another in most languages that usually is a variation of "if you shit in the open, at least don't yell about it". Same here.
